- Q: Why can't I call Virtual Yard?
- A: To keep our service affordable we only supply an emergency contact phone number to our customers. When you become a customer you will be given this number to use in case of emergency. Otherwise all communication is done via email to one of the appropriate email boxes we provide.
- Q: Does it cost more to have a dedicated system?
- A: No. We do not charge you for hosting your own dedicated Virtual Yard server. This is provided you buy all equipement needed.

Virtual Yard is run from our server in Australia
In order to provide an affordable solution for motor dealers we operate our entire business online from our dedicated Virtual Yard Server. Not having large overheads keeps our prices low and our service reachable by any size dealership. The Virtual Yard Server boasts 3 x 1 Gigabit Ethernet connections to the internet and unlimited data transfer. This means all you have to do is have an active internet connection and we'll do the rest. |
